Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Skylarks is a beautifully restored, 18th Century listed beamed one bedroomed holiday apartment located a few steps from the High Street in Lymington. Despite being so close to the High Street it is in a very quiet location. It is situated above a shop, totally self-contained, it sleeps 2. It has a superking size bed. Skylarks has a flat screen freeview smart tv and blue ray dvd player (also has 3D), free wifi, microwave, fridge, hob and shower room. Linen and towels provided free of charge.

Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays down the entire high street. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina.

There is so much to see and do in the local area - whether walks in the New Forest, visiting towns and villages such as Beaulieu and Brockenhurst or enjoying the sea and coastline. The Isle of Wight can be accessed from Lymington Ferry Terminal and makes a great day trip.

The first floor, two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located at the end of Lymington High Street, a stone throw away from the atmospheric cobbled streets and the Lymington Town Quay. A perfect stay in the heart of this charming, nautical town. Because of its location, there will be street noise from traffic during the day. Parking is limited in the centre of Lymington but we offer a parking clock which enables free parking in the three public car parks nearby.

Peppercorn is an enchanting house that's just just been renovated and newly furnished, to a very high standard, and its only a 12 minute walk to the quay in Lymington. It has three floors and includes a relaxing sitting room with gas fire and a kitchen fully fitted and three comfortable luxurious bedrooms. .Theres also a small office on the top floor overlooking the back garden. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
