It includes 2 units. The downstairs owners unit has a full kitchen, open to the living room and has a bathroom with a roll-in shower and handicap bars. The Loft at Blue Bird Barn is the upstairs unit. It has a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator (no range), 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
