Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Individuell ausgestattete heimelige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung - ganz nah beim berühmten Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Neben einer nagelneuen voll ausgestatteten Küche erwarten Euch ein komfortables Boxspringbett (1,80 m b) im separaten Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa, das sich umklappen lässt zu einem Bett mit 1,40m Breite. Hier ist auch der Platz zum chillen. Gemütlich frühstücken könnt ihr in der separaten Küche. Im Garten hinter dem Haus findet ihr zwei Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die grüne Umgebung.

Stilvoll wohnen, wie in der „Kaiserzeit“ kombiniert mit dem Komfort der „Neuzeit“ Zimmer mit Originalstuck, voll ausgestattete Küche und Duschbad. 15 Min in die Innenstadt, 10 Min. zum tollen Zoo oder Park. 3 Straßenbahnlinien nur 2 Minuten entfernt (Chausseehaus), alle paar Minuten vom/zum Hauptbahnhof. Linie 16 fährt direkt zur „Messe“ (Wilhelminen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Schöne kl. Ferienwohnung Leipzig - Bad/Wifi Free

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Nur 150 m sind es bis zur Straßenbahn. Mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 4 / 7 kann man direkt ins Zentrum gelangen. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich eine Straße weiter. Gegenüber von der Wohnung ist ein Lebensmittelmarkt und eine Apotheke. Außerdem ist gegenüber ein Restaurant, wo man gut essen kann. Wir haben eine 100.000 Internet Leitung, wo Ihr bequem im Internet surfen könnt. Gerne könnt ihr auch Ausflüge planen. Bei Fragen bin ich jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Liebevoll sanierte Wohnung im EG

Herzlich Willkommen in unserem liebevoll sanierten Gründerzeithaus im Leipziger Südosten/Stötteritz. Eigenhändig wurde das Haus die letzten 10 Jahre über vom Keller bis zur Dachspitze von Meisterhand restauriert. Die ebenerdige Ferienwohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von der Strasse her und bietet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer großen Wohnküche Platz für bis zu 5 Gäste. Besonderheiten sind die großen, nicht einsehbaren Fenster und eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Große Wohnung im Waldmeister Inn

Ob Tagesausflüge in die schöne Umgebung oder Entspannung auf über 2000 m2 Freifläche mitten im Wald. In dieser Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem offenen Wohnbereich mit moderner Küche und direktem Zugang zum Garten können sich Familien, Gruppen oder Berufstätige (z.B. auf Montage) voll ausleben. Willkommen im Großstadtdschungel! Gelegen im Zentrum findet ihr unsere gemütliche, nur wenige Meter vom Zoo entfernte, grüne Oase. Im Getümmel der Großstadttiere, im sehr nahe gelegenen Stadtkern, gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dort finden sich zudem unzählige Lokalitäten für den Bärenhunger, tropische Erfrischungen oder natürlich lokale Spezialitäten. Die Arena und das Stadion erreicht ihr mit einem 15-minütigen Fußmarsch durch das wunderschöne Waldstraßenviertel.

Home office mit Heimkino in Schmölln.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) Die ganze Wohnung ist völlig ausgestattet, es gibt ein Aldi supermarkt an der anderen Seite der Straße und die Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu fuß zu erreichen. Die Eingang zum park der Stadt ist 20 meter entfernt. Es gibt ein Biergarten mit wundervollem Essen in der mitte des Parks und ein berühmter Michelin (1) Restaurant sehr in der nähe.
