Plenty of things to do on site as well with a play set, over 5 acres of woods and a pond with Koi. If the lake is not for you, stay at the house and enjoy the pool! Have dinner with the whole family at our farm-style dining room table. Lastly, finish your day unwinding by the fire pit. We love our home and we know you will too!

This unique place has a style all its own. Apart of a larger mixed use building complex this old schoolhouse has been converted into residential apartments. In 1877, African-American local architect/brick manufacturer Plimpton Ross Berry built the building. The building served as a city school for 65 years before being sold to the Hungarian Presbyterian Chuch that operated it as a recreational center until 2008.
