Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

Great transport links to the centre of the city, universities, airport and Media City. Please note that the NQ is a busy and vibrant area day and night. So please take this into consideration when booking the apartment.

Now a day finding an accommodation can be very difficult, but with us you will be sure to stay in a nice and friendly house. Everyone here treat everyone like family member so you will be look after here :) There a great transport link to town, tram & bus. Pretty much on a door step of Manchester City FC, cycling centre and tennis centre. We're about 20-30mins from ManchesterAirport and 10mins from Piccadilly Train station by car. PLZ NOTE: due to bad experience, Our home is not for party!

In a quiet, safe, residential area, very close for all bus and road links, with a clean, bright, airy, spacious double bedroom available to let. The house has tasteful, modern decor, open plan kitchen/dining space and a private back yard.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.
