100+ year-old historic parsonage moved onsite in the mid 80s. A homestead for many years, now home to Front Porch Market - a cheese, ice cream and antique shop and vacation rental. Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. The condo is a great place to relax, explore and rejuvenate! 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room and fully equipped kitchen make enough room for 4 guests. The resort is a great place to enjoy- 1 indoor pool, exercise room and a game room located in the main building, hot tub, sauna in each building, 3 HEATED outdoor pools open seasonally (May- August), tennis court, playground, a trail.

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
