It’s close to the Hawks Nest, Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Gorge, Table Rock, Black Mountain, Asheville, and other day adventures. Come have fun, new adventures, and endless exploration. Come enjoy our private beach and dock on lake James. New home overlooking the lake. Bring your boat or jet ski or use one of our 5 kayaks. Public boat launch less than a mile away or rent one from the marina. Private gated community with community pool and fire pit . There are two state parks and dozens of bike and hiking trails along the lake . Mt Mitchell, the highest mountain east of the Rockies and Linville falls and gorge are each less than an hour drive away.

Gorgeous mountain views from the front porch and Pisgah National Forest in the back yard make this condo a cozy and quiet place to relax and watch the stars at night. Plenty of hiking trails nearby, minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more just outside the door! During the summer the HOA hosts local musicians to perform at the pool or clubhouse once a month. The pool may close a little earlier on those evenings.
