It is restored with the old style of polished cemend and eco friendly materials sand and stone. It has been recently transformed into a luxury modern villa.The house has a private pool April to October and beautiful sea and mountain view from the rooftop terrace. Just 100 meters from bus station,restaurants and bakery. Perivolos and Vlyhada beaches and the main town Fira in short distance.

The old bakery of the village awaits just two minutes from Oia's central square, with a private entrance right on top of the stairs that lead to Armeni bay. Carved in the mountain with respect to the unique local architecture and in harmony with the sun-filled, wild volcanic beauty, the newly restored cave house recounts stories of tradition, heritage and style. The red pumice stones, antique marble floors and handcrafted wooden furniture, create the feeling of an authentic warm hospitality.

We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!

With its wide veranda [40m²] and the irresistible combination of stone - exterior and modern - interior, it accomplishes the perfect mix & match of the local traditional architectural style with the most modern touches. It is made up of two bedrooms, the first one [14m²] being carved in the heart of a Santorinean rock, with a concrete bed, commodes and a TV set, and the second bedroom [12m²] featuring a black iron bed with commodes.
