With three bedrooms and two baths, our former family home is ideal for friends gathering for a country get-away or family reunion. Seymour and the surrounding communities are home to award winning wineries, outdoor recreational activities - including the Great Victorian Rail Trail and Lake Nagambie - and military history.

The home has a massive outdoor dining area with a BBQ. Inside is a split system for heating/cooling and a coonara fireplace for cold, wintry weather. Firewood can usually be purchased from the Bonnie Doon service station. Views from every window, pet friendly, a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake. Come and enjoy!

Guguburra Cabin

Our atmospheric cabin sits amongst the gum trees, surrounded by birdsong. Named after the Gububurras (Kookaburras) that share the property with us, it's only ten minutes walk to the Mount Macedon village for coffee or a short drive to find wineries, village markets and forest walking trails. Alternatively in the cooler months you can curl up by the fire and read or enjoy the view from the terrace by the fire pit. The calming effect of Guruburra on our guests is almost immediately

Limestone Retreat is nestled in a pretty valley, ideal for a peaceful escape in the country. Perfect for couples or a family looking for a quiet weekend or longer stay. We are located 10km from Yea with its local attractions, 5km to the Rail Trail and close to Eildon and Mt Bulla. The barn has a large open plan living space with a loft. It has a queen bed, and two sets of bunks, which can be curtained off. The dining area looks out onto a dam and beyond are beautiful rolling hills

Immerse yourself in a bit of railway history in this unique converted carriage. Located in the heart of the Avenel township, you'll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Relax on the deck and watch the trains go by, or wander down the road for a cocktail or woodfired pizza. Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.
