You will be as content as can be in our lakefront, humble, cinderblock cabin. Completely remodeled & decorated to be quaint & comfortable. Enjoy your private dock, large deck and access to our boat ramp…or play poker in the large 3 season porch.

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

The VIEW on Grand. For the discerning traveler with high-end comfort in mind. Enjoy the incredible view while snug in bed. Sip coffee on the deck and watch the sun rise over the lake, roast marshmallows over the fire while listening to the sound of the water. Cozy up inside and watch the birds bob on the waves. Kayaks are stored on the side wall of Wren for our collective guests to enjoy. The stairs for lake access are immediately behind the deck and available for use by all eight cabins.

Our Hillside Cabin is a newly renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

The Sugar Shack

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Whether it's boating, swimming, fishing or just relaxing this is the place for you. Located on the Elk River arm of beautiful Grand Lake we are just 2 mi from Flint Fire Marina where you can utilize the boat ramp or fuel up. You can enjoy a shared dock for fishing or swimming and park your boat on the NE side of the dock while you stay. Enjoy your private entrance and private deck with fire pit and BBQ grill.

The Wilderness Homestead Cave-HotTub-Hiking

Escape to our Wilderness Homestead Romance Retreat in the Oklahoma Ozarks where adventure meets luxury. A cave that transforms into a magical haven at night, adorned w/soft lights and featuring a table for two. Indulge in the hot tub oasis, complete with warm towels, aromatherapy, and floating candles. Pelican Roost is a cozy cabin close to the shores and fun of Grand Lake! Swimming, playground, picnic tables, boat launch, and courtesy slips all available in the private resort. Pelican Roost is well equipped and sets in the shade of tall lakeside oaks. Washer and dryer, nicely equipped kitchen, Smart TV, deck, outdoor dining, and a grill. Room to park a car and boat. Just a short walk to the lake.

Aww! Let it all go! -Relax on the deck in adirondack chairs, by a crackling fire in a smokeless Tiki firepit. Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
