The accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of space and an ideal location for families or couples. We are located centrally within the wonderful village of Lyndhurst, often referred to as the 'Capital of the New Forest'. Enjoy beautiful countryside on the doorstep and be spoiled with an array of restaurants/cafés and local shops.

The Perch is situated in the center of Lyndhurst, considered by many to be ‘the heart of the New Forest’. With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and up and down the bustling & busy High Street below. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
