From nature to nightlife. Have best of both at our peaceful, cozy apartment; minutes from Downtown Newport, beaches and attractions; with room to ‘escape’ to a private oasis. Quaint, second floor apt., private master suite (full bath) and two additional bedrooms (full bath). Other features: gated yard, beautiful view of Aquidneck, private deck, parking. Drive to end of road to enter gated property. Owners occupy first floor and have a calm dog. Read "safety" section for restrictions on children.

Highly rated prior to reno, it has only gotten nicer! One level, new hardwoods, laundry, paint and furniture has brought out the shine and sparkle! Perfect for a family vacation! Price! Location close to Beach and Newport! Charm!

Price friendly, sunny second floor unit with 2 KING size bedrooms and new, private deck! Great layout for family or friends to share. Watch sunsets on the second level deck! A quick walk to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk! You can't beat this location at this price! Newport lively night scene is also very close! Centrally-located guest suite in a residential neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Bristol, Colt State Park, RWU, and water access. Approximately 30 minutes to both Providence and Newport. Includes its own driveway, entrance, living space, and bathroom with washer/dryer. Kitchenette includes dishwasher. Back patio features a shared pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Family of 5 with 3 dogs lives in attached main house. Please know there will be sounds of kids playing/dogs occasionally barking!
