What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Our little cabin is just the place to get away yet still be close to everything you need for a lake side visit! We're located 5 miles from Lake Norfolk Marina, less than 10 miles to Mountain Home & set on private property to ensure your getaway is peaceful & relaxing. Cozying up by the outdoor firepit or cooking your latest catch on the grill is a great way to unwind after a full day on the lake! We also have ample parking for boats & trailers! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Lake Norfork Cabin A

Cozy single room cabin w/shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps five with one queen Sleep Number bed and one double futon with a twin bed on top, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

This Cozy Cabin is on Bull Shoals Lake, adjacent to Army Corp of Engineers land surrounding the lake. Private, isolated, and surrounded by trees, describe this charming 3 bedroom- 2 bath cabin. A short stroll through the woods and you are on the shores of beautiful, unspoiled Bull Shoals Lake. Pontiac Marina is a short 10-minute drive, with boat launching and boat rentals available. When you need a getaway, with quiet woods, fishing, hiking, and relaxing, this is the place for you!
