Second Floor Apartment sitting on Pine Lake

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The lake is not a swimming lake, but views are spectacular. Enjoy the wildlife, swans, beaver, otter, the pair of bald eagles that reside on Palastine Lake. Enjoy the newly renovated inside space, centered around comfort and relaxation. A comfortable bed with soft sheets. Knead your worries behind on the heated massage chair. Enjoy a warm fire either outside on the deck or the inside wood burning fireplace. Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.
