Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

This bright and cheerful space includes a full sized - stocked kitchen with coffee service, a dining area, living area w/sleeper sofa and a half bath. A dedicated in unit washer and dryer, WiFi & Smart TV in the living area ready for your own Firestick, or use included Netflix, Disney, Amazon, and YouTube TV. Charming separate bedroom with a queen bed, and full bath with sliding door to a private patio awaiting your morning or evening downtime!

Mortimore Ridge Guesthouse

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.

The lookout is open year round with a wood fired stove to keep warm at night or heat your morning coffee. A wood fired sauna sits below to relax and rejuvenate your body after a big hike or snowshoeing adventure. What's that other little wooden building? No fire lookout is complete without an outhouse!
