Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

A lovely cozy cottage on Seneca Lake. One bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen/living space, and a full bath, fire pit, picnic table, chairs, grill and dock are all inclusive. Enjoy the sunrise, glow of the sunset and sound of the waves against the shore. There is serenity abundance! Kayaks and paddle boards included. There are 32 STEPS to our cottage. HWS Colleges, quaint shops, wineries, breweries, restaurants, Wegman’s supermarket and a beautiful waterfront trail are all part of Geneva!

There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
