Enjoy the hospitality of beautiful St. Kitts at Seabreeze Studio Cottage. Seabreeze is a quiet self-contained air-conditioned studio apartment for two with everything you need for a lovely holiday. A 5-minute drive to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, restaurants, golf, night-life, and more, the cottage offers indoor and outdoor dining, a kitchen, flat screen TV, wifi, washer, dryer, and lovely Caribbean breezes. We provide towels (bath and beach), pots and pans, and bed linen.

Beautiful traditional Saba Cottage

This charming 2 bedroom Saba cottage was built in 2007 yet anyone walking by would think the home is one of the original Saba homes. The exterior of the home follows the traditional Saba gingerbread style while the interior is modern and spacious. Located directly in the quaint village of Windward side yet adjacent to the museum and it's beautiful gardens. It's just a short stroll to Windward side's restaurants, bars, stores as well as the start of the hiking trail to Mount Scenery.

This property in Windwardside features stunning views of the blue Caribbean, the misty top of spectacular Mt. Scenery, and the picturesque village below. On my 30th trip to Saba in 2019 I bought the 1858 vintage Althea Cottage. In 2021 I completed a second stone house for myself at the rear. In 2022 a second stone apartment, Peter Hytte, was built between the two other cottages... smaller, priceworthy and efficient. All net income is donated to my charities. I charge no cleaning fee.

Watch pelicans dive, sting rays leap and turtles bobbing their head up to catch a breath! Curious vervet monkeys may pay a visit, morning doves wake you with their quiet cooing and yellow crested night herons perch in our mangrove trees. Peace and quiet minutes away from excellent restaurants and activities. Beach combing easy walks and great hikes in our area.

Palmetto Bay Paradise

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Sit on your Veranda with a Cocktail and watch the Lit Up Cruise ships pass you by. Enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains and sounds of the ocean. Palmetto Bay is a 5 minute walk if you don't fancy going to the beach. This Apartment has a fully functional kitchen with cooking equipment incl. Stove, Ninja Air Fryer, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Dishes, Cutlery and much more....

At one of Saba’s highest dwelling elevations, sometimes we’re in the clouds that cover the mountain.
