Located in the heart of Gokulam, Mysuru, this three bedroom independent house was our family home before we shifted to our organic farm. The large common spaces, the warmth of the Athangudi tiles and the proximity of restaurants, commerce, yoga centers and services make it an ideal space for large families or groups of friends / colleagues. All the bedrooms are Air Conditioned and have an attached bathroom. While being very well connected, the house is tucked away in a tranquil neighbourhood.

Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

The entire first floor studio room is for guests. The guests has to follow all the house rules. Recent Aadhar of each should be provided as ID proof. In the ground floor hosts staying. It includes Living room, mini kitchen, walking wardrobe, bath tub bathroom, terrace garden area, and beautiful garden view balcony with separate entrance no sharing concepts. No parties allowed. Its 7.5 km & 8 km from Mysuru Palace and railwa station. No food facility. Swiggy & zomato works here

Welcome to our spacious and comfy 2bhk apartment, perfect for family, couples, friends or business travelers for comfort, privacy, and convenience. Located just 4 km away from the center of city, you will be minutes away from shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. We have a total of 5 same apartments in the building. Every apartment comes with Two AC rooms. Apartment has only 2 floors So there's no Lift. Car parking available upto 12 cars. ( Open parking ).
