Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.

Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
