Studio confortable non-fumeur ou vapotage situé au-dessus de notre garage détaché. Kitchenette, télévision grand écran avec câble et Wi-Fi. J'ai 1 lit King Size et 1 canapé convertible, donc vous pouvez dormir 4 personnes, deux dans le lit et deux sur le canapé convertible. Nous sommes situés dans une communauté agricole rurale tranquille à environ 30 minutes au sud de Provo Utah. Belle vue sur la montagne avec un accès facile à l'autoroute. Nous disposons d'un espace barbecue pratique avec une pergola et un éclairage d'ambiance pour un cadre nocturne relaxant.

Notre confortable appartement de 2 chambres au sous-sol est niché le long des contreforts des montagnes de Santaquin et offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée de l'Utah. Il est très bien situé, à seulement 0,5 miles de l'entrée de l'autoroute I-15 et à seulement 5 miles du temple Payson UT ! Cet espace familial dispose d'une cuisine complète, d'un lave-linge/sèche-linge et d'un accès à l'arrière-cour. En quelques minutes de route, vous aurez plusieurs options pour la nourriture, le shopping et les aventures en plein air !

Maison bohème élégante avec jardin privé

Une belle retraite privée avec une cour privée avec un grand arbre mature qui mesure plus de 100 pieds de haut, entouré d'une grande terrasse avec des sièges pour les rassemblements de toute taille. Nous acceptons les petits chiens (moins de 35 lb) 50 $/jour. Ce service sera facturé séparément. IMPORTANT : nous n'autorisons pas les fêtes dans cette maison. Nous avons eu des habitants qui ont loué cet espace et qui ont fortement perturbé notre quartier. Veuillez réserver ailleurs si vous souhaitez organiser une fête.

There are tenants upstairs and you will hear them moving around.
