The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

5 min walk to beach w/ parking + private sauna

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. For extra comfort, a cosy fireplace and private outdoor sauna await, perfect for relaxing evenings. Note: We charge an extra £20 to use the sauna during your stay. (See other details to note)

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

This delightful Apartment has absolutely stunning views down the Penryn Estuary. A second floor elevation gives the guest an opportunity to take in all of its beauty. Right opposite Jubilee Wharf and other amenities, you won't have to wander far for cafe's and nature walks. Penryn high street is a five minute walk, Falmouth more fifteen. The apartment is decorated to a high modern standard with super fast fibre broadband and cinema style TV. Buses are outside your front door for convenience.

The Cabin enjoys beautiful farmland views with distant sea glimpses. It is located a few meters from a footpath so perfect for country walks from the doorstep. Falmouth 15 mins drive. Shops a short drive as is the stunning south coast. Heated by wall heaters in the two main rooms. The cabin is atiny house concept designed to a high spec with a Japanese style bath it is one room with a double sofa bed Simba sprung mattress topper for comfort .20 mins walk to 3 beaches and town, in a quiet location with deck looking out to a green landscape and big sky , we are along side a small branch line train , stops at bedtime. most of the time a quiet green spot .the branch line runs from Truro to falmouth ,good access by foot to Penmere station and buses to the university

Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.
