Inner Banks gem with waterway to the Albemarle Sound. Bring fishing poles, kayaks, canoes, pontoons or boats to approx 30’ long. This Studio features a large screened porch overlooking the water with 160’ dock for watercraft. Launch at the marina, by a beautiful park setting on the Albemarle Sound or the quiet shallower boat ramp. No boat, no problem. Wake to the sounds of birds and fall asleep to the sound of frogs and crickets. We are located in a peaceful, family friendly community. Pet Friendly Private Waterfront Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis at the mouth of the Perquiman’s River on the Albemarle Sound away from all the hustle and bustle. Relax on the large dock, paddle board, kayak, fish, or just float the day away in the shallow water - a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy nature’s beauty! When the sun goes down challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong, darts, or shuffleboard, and roast some marshmallows outside over the fire.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room. Paddling in the kayaks and exploring the sound are great ways to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Bicycles and yoga mats are all available to relax and enjoy some down time here. Smart TV, hi speed wireless internet along with a fun size pool table, foosball, dartboard and ping pong downstairs.

The Cotton Patch

Unplug at the Cotton Patch. A destination where you can unwind amongst multiple structures with great history that were relocated from the "Sandy Point Camp Ground" years back to this quiet 10 acres of open grass pasture. Located conveniently just off Hwy 32 and Hwy 37 near the Albemarle Sound this location is very easy to get to and yet very quiet. Just 6 miles from downtown historic Edenton where you can tour, sip, dine, and shop near the waterfront.
