The Pines Ranch is 2233sf and sits on a private 4+ acre wooded property in the Colorado Springs Black Forest area. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and fairly close to tourist attractions. The living room has a TV, fireplace and fast wifi. The large garden level basement features foosball, air hockey, a bar, 98” TV, and large cabinet with toys. In the backyard, enjoy a 6-person hot tub, propane fire pit, dining, a herd of deer that frequent the property and in Spring, a fox and kits playing.

Tiny A-Frame Retreat | Glamping • Hot Tub • Nature

Escape to your own tiny glass A-Frame on nearly 10 acres of pine forest. Enjoy glamping comfort with a loft bed, pullout couch, Starlink Wi-Fi, hot tub, grill, and projector for movie nights. Huge front windows offer peaceful forest views and starry skies. Explore the property, play outdoor games, or relax by the fire pit. The bathroom is about 150 ft west of the A-Frame, between the camper and the cabin. Expect fresh air, wildlife, and a few friendly bugs.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Treehouse nestled amongst giant pines with a great view of Bijou Basin. Access to Gazebo with built in BBQ. Cozy loft bedroom, all the comforts of home. Host is nearby and can assist with any of your needs. Great getaway from the cares of the world. This Tree House is Newly built and has all the comforts of home: hot water, modern shower, room heaters.
