Climb stairs at night to a quiet and romantic bedroom loft. Guests have private access to the top 2 floors of the house. The 2nd floor welcomes you with a brand new kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining room. Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

The kitchen comes with all of the equiptment you need to make your morning tea and coffee and your favourite culinary creations. There is a small patio to enjoy warm summer nights, off of the main floor. This property is close to the picturesque harbour, hiking spots, historical landmarks, wineries, breweries, shops, restaurants and much more!

The Old Stone Farmhouse with Hot Tub & Heated Pool

Renovated historic stone farmhouse located about 6km from both Picton and Bloomfield. Relax in the hot tub, swim in the pool, lay in the hammock or enjoy a campfire under the stars. Over 2 acres of beautiful country views to explore. However, we are still close enough to the action that you can get to Bloomfield, Picton or some of the biggest wineries by bike. Ideal for couples and small group getaways. Hot tub is operational year round. Pool is open beginning of June - end of September.

Werden House - in "The Settler's Dream"

STA Licence - 2019-0024. Werden House (circa 1887) features a private one-bedroom Suite in Picton, Prince Edward County. The Suite can sleep two adult guests (with a crib available for an infant). The Suite is within a 10 minute walk of restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, boutiques, etc. A summer vehicle Day Pass can be borrowed for the Sandbanks Provincial Park, but please be sure to make an online reservation at the park 5 days ahead of your intended visit.

The Lake St. Carriage House (Year Round Hot Tub)

Great for families, multiple friends, and couples looking to be within walking distance to all restaurants, shops and Theatre. It is a 10 minute drive to the Sandbanks Provincial Park, and close to all the County's wineries, distilleries, and craft breweries. It is also steps from the Millennium Trail for those who enjoy jogging, walking and biking. If Golf is what you are looking for it is only a 5 minute drive to the Picton Golf & Country Club.
