The newly remodeled 'Royal Bunkhouse' has an open floorplan, full kitchen, can sleep up to 10, has plenty of parking, and a large inviting covered front porch in the quiet Village of Royal off Highway 20. You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

At 1900 sq. feet there is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family and keep everyone entertained with a foosball table, darts and arcade games. This apartment is on the second level of newer building. Housed above a business there is a pull out couch for extra guests.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!
