***Please read entire description of property before booking***This little slice of paradise is nestled at the end of a private lane. My bright & airy basement suite has an open concept living area with various amenities including hotplate, fridge, air fryer, 55" tv with premium cable & Firestick along with reliable internet. The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are very close to the tracks trains go by 3 or 4 times a day. We are a non-smoking property.

Enjoy open concept living with a full kitchen, two dining tables, two full bathrooms, living room, and laundry. Enjoy a coffee while taking in the beautiful view of the river from the sunroom. The main level has a heat pump with AC. In colder months enjoy the wood stove. Bring your fur babies too!

You have your own private balcony, with amazing views. Tiny house feel, right on the ocean. Take a very short walk to Duck Pond beach and split rock. Beach stair access to be completed soon. There is even a studio on-site for a souvenir of your stay in NB, at the on-site Seawitch studio.

Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Cozy waterfront cottage on Kennebecasis River

There is a fantastic view of the Kennebecasis River from this beautiful water front cedar cottage. It's quiet and private. Inside you will find a rustic wood paneled interior with all the amenities of home. A jacuzzi bath awaits you at the top of the spiral staircase in the master bedroom loft. We love to start our day with coffee on the front deck, enjoying the view from the adirondack chairs. Launch your kayaks at the waterfront. Enjoy evening campfires.

Harbour View Cottage

Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
