Mieszkanie znajduje się w ciekawym historycznie i geograficznie regionie. W okolicy zamki i pałace, w tym największy-Zamek Książ, ale także zamek Grodno w Zagórzu Śl. gdzie znajduje się jez. Bystrzyckie i zapora wodna. Kilka kilometrów dalej Pałac w Jedlince, kompleks Riese. 50 minut samochodem do miejscowości narciarskich w Górach Sowich i do granicy z Czechami, gdzie czeka Skalne Miasto i Klasztor w Broumovie. UWAGA! Mieszkanie znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy! Tego niestety zmienić nie mogę.

Witam. Do zaoferowania mam dwupokojowe mieszkanie, które znajduje się w centrum Kudowy. Mieszkanie to salon, sypialnia plus kuchnia. Zależy mi na bezproblemowych gościach, aby pobyt był udany dla dwóch stron. Oprócz samej Kudowy, niedaleko Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Praga. Klucze do odebrania po wcześniejszej informacji telefonicznej. Dodam, że w naszym mieszkaniu nie mamy internetu, tylko telewizja naziemna. Zachęcam do zadawania pytań. :)

Wynajmę komfortowy, jasny pokój w spokojnej okolicy w otoczeniu lasu. Pieszo na polanicki deptak około 10 minut drogą przez las (popularny skrót) lub drogą asfaltową trochę dalej. Wyposażenie: aneks kuchenny+ garnki, patelnie, naczynia i sztućce. Wygodne łóżko dwuosobowe z możliwością wstawienia dostawki. Szafa z lustrem, komoda, deska do prasowania, żelazko, TV z aplikacjami typu Netflix. Do dyspozycji grill oraz stół z krzesłami. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna z widokiem na góry.

Spacious first floor apartment with a large garden in the centre of a small village near Adrspassko-teplicke rocks. A great starting point for both small and big journeys in this lovely region. Easily accessible by car, train or bus. Comfortable accommodation for up to four people (children's bed and a baby cot available on request). Our guests are welcome to enjoy all the perks of our garden, including strawberries, blueberries, etc. A small shop and a small inn are just across the road.

This area will win the hearts of its peace and unspoiled nature and is an ideal base for leisure and sports activities in summer and winter.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
