The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. This is a Georgian townhouse with a walled garden full of sun. Expect lots of character, with contemporary design, and with up to the minute amenities. The minimum stay is usually 3 nights but do contact me if you are only looking for 2 nights as I may be able to accommodate you.

The house is set on a quiet residential road with 2 off road parking spaces directly in front of the property. 2 major supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away.

With sea views from every window and just a stones throw from the waters edge at Kingsand, this late 18th century mid-terrace former smugglers cottage overlooks the sand and shingle beach in the heart of the village adjacent to the Clock Tower. Kingsand and Cawsand have three small beaches with sand and shingle separated by areas of rocks all with lovely views.
