Une journée complète d'aventures qui commence par la cascade "Bridal Veil" de 60 mètres de hauteur où, les jours les plus chauds, vous pouvez vous y baigner et vous mettre votre tête sous la chute. Experience unique!!! Ensuite nous continuons en voiture à travers les montagnes pour arriver 30 minutes plus tard au "Blue Lagoon", leaux thermales dans un canyons près de Montanejos. Là c'est le coup de foudre, l'endroit est fantastique, l'eau est pure et sans l'odeur classique de souffre, les petits poissons, le saut de la falaise (pas du tout obligatoire), les grottes. Tout y est. L'eau est à 25C toute l'année. Après un arrêt pour le goûter, nous repartons pour 2 aventurettes pour terminer la journée. Les canyons, l'incroyable jet d'eau "Pony Tail" qui ne laisseront personne indifférents. Autres remarques: Nous arrivons aux différents sites directement avec le véhicules. Donc nous ne marchons pas beaucoup. N'hésitez pas à communiquer directement avec nous pour avoir des informations supplémentaire et pour une réservation de groupe ou privée.

The tour will finish in one of the most emblematic spaces of Valencia: the Arab wall, a site of great historical importance dating back to the 11th Century and the reign of El Cid. Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. Relax in a unique setting, take enviable holiday pictures and make memories that will last a lifetime! Other things to note: Your guide will meet you at the start of the experience. Nous nous réunirons à LaLlarga sur 22 Denia Street, à partir de là, nous irons au marché. Parmi ses étals pleins de produits frais et de gens, nous apprendrons ensemble Ramon, guide officiel de la mairie, comment acheter les meilleurs produits pour notre paella. LaLlarga est en détresse à 3 minutes à pied d'une agréable promenade dans les rues du quartier le plus bohème de Valence. L'endroit était une ancienne boucherie transformée en l'un des endroits les plus emblématiques du quartier, présent dans Lonely Planet, AD Guide, Tripadvisor et dans de nombreuses autres publications, LaLlarga sera pendant les heures de classe un endroit extraordinaire pour être ensemble. Dans l'ancienne banque de marbre d'origine, nous préparerons les entrentas, le bar-bar et les stocks de bois testeront l'eau de Valence, que nous ferons avec des oranges fraîches et des vins locaux. Au milieu des lieux, nous nous consacrerons à elle, la reine incontestée de la cuisine valencienne: la paella! Sans stress et de manière simple et intuitive, nous apprendrons comment couper l'ingrédient, dans quel ordre les mettre et comment bien doser tout pour que la magie se réalise. Une fois prêt, nous le mangerons ensemble et nous nous connaîtrons encore plus!

If just arrived in town this is a perfect introduction to the Spanish gastronomy, the essentials of Valencia and the local culture! During this food tour we will live to the rhythm of the city and we will eat where the citizens of Valencia used to go, away from the ultra tourist sites. More than a tour, we will live a cultural, walking and gastronomic tour in the same experience. We will go to a local bar where we will have an authentic almuerzo/breakfast as the Valencianos do: the iconic Esmorzaret! We will discover Valencia's old stores and taste their fresh products, have a delicious breakfast, visit the emblematic central market where we will stand to eat Iberian ham, olives, cheese and wine from the region. We will continue this fantastic adventure having a light lunch with obviously one of the most typical dish of Spain with drinks included in a bar / restaurant well appreciated by the inhabitants of our beloved city. We will be visiting 5 spots in total. All the places we go are traditional and family businesses, some of them over 200 years old. Pueden ser sesiones individuales o grupales. Sabemos que puedes tomar fotos por tu cuenta, pero la experiencia de viaje con amigos y familia es más placentera si no debes preocuparte de no salir en fotos, de repetir tomas o de no disfrutar el lugar por estar pendiente de conseguir buenas fotos, además de contar con asesoría para las locaciones más famosas y la toma profesional de fotografías sin perder detalles de tu viaje, ni tiempo. I will take you to a 3 hours tapas experience to discover the most authentic tapas, bars and neighborhoods of Valencia. In this evening walk you will discover the Valencia that very few tourists have the chance to see and you will enjoy it like a local. 4 stops in total and a many things to discover. Old taverns, vibrant tapas and great local drinks, everything is included in the price and the fun is guaranteed. All the included spots are family-owned bussines, and I'm lucky to know the owners. At the end of the tour you'll feel like one of us! The total distance is about 1,5km but we go at a slow pace. The experience is about the practice of conscious Yoga. In the park of the river Turia We will appreciate and try to integrate: Nature, Breathing, Body movements and Relaxation. If you don't have a Yoga mat it will be ok with a towel, or you can also let me know and I will try to lend you one.

We are going to do a fun ride most of all through the cycle paths of Valencia. We could visit the Garden of the Turia, the Royal Garden, The City of the Arts and the Sciences... Be prepared to be active and to have fun. It's really easy to ride the E-steps. The first minutes could be a little scary (just a little) but then you will feel free and safe. This tour is special because it is thought as a journey through time over more than 2000 years, taking as a reference the most emblematic buildings where key events in the history of the city took place. I will guide you so that you can discover the legacy left by the Romans, Moors and Christians. I will tell you the legends of relevant characters who lived in Valencia, such as the Borgia family, or King James I of Aragon (The Conqueror). We will start at the Serranos Towers, the main Medieval gate to access the walled city. We will continue to the Palace of the Borgias, one of the most powerful families in the 16th-17th centuries. Then, we will head to Queen Square and Virgen Square to admire the Cathedral, the Basilica and St. Catherina´s and St. Michael´s bell towers. We will continue to Barrio del Carmen, the Arab quarter to visit the Round Square and Lope de Vega´s Square where I will unveiled a secret) . We´ll head to the iconic Silk Exchange Market (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the baroque church of Santos Juanes and the Central Market, a wonder for the senses.

Es un Entrenamiento Personal en grupos reducidos donde justamente nadie hace lo mismo que el otro, centrándose en los objetivos y necesidades de cada persona, la entrenadora seleccionará métodos de entrenamiento y recursos materiales ( bandas de suspensión, anillas, fitball, pesas, barras, bandas elásticas, etc) según el contexto de cada persona. Al mismo tiempo habrán otras personas realizando su rutina personal. La primera parte del entrenamiento será un calentamiento para prepararte para la parte principal haciendo todo tipo de movilizaciones y además se te harán preguntas para detectar cuales son tus gustos, objetivos y necesidades para luego en la parte principal incorporar los ejercicios que tengan que ver con todo lo anterior y al final de la clase se harán ejercicios de automasaje con Foam roller y de flexibilidad. Será al aire libre ( playa las Arenas) con un control y motivación permanente por parte de la entrenadora que te guiará en todo momento del entrenamiento, brindándote un entrenamiento que te ayudará a mantenerte activo y fuerte, dejándote buenas sensaciones al terminarlo. Catch a breath of mountain air and experience the idyllic thermal springs of Montanejos with us. In this full-day adventure, we will explore the natural beauty of the surrounding areas of Valencia that few visitors ever get to discover. After picking you up from a convenient location, we will travel north out of the city. Our first stop will be at the impressive Bridal Falls - a 55m high waterfall, where we can bask in the surrounding nature and maybe take a dip in the waterfall pools. Watch out for goats and ghosts at this magical spot! We will then discover the legendary Fuente de los Baños - natural thermal springs of crystal clear, medicinal waters. Here, we can swim, explore caves, and relax in the most beautiful of locations. First used in the 13th Century, the springs are constantly rising at a pleasant 25°C, wonderful all year round! After swimming we will get to stop for lunch in the village of Montanejos to re-fuel, as well as visiting the impressive horizontal waterfall, canyons, lake, and dam! We believe in leaving places better than we found them, which is why we only use local providers and have built long-lasting friendships in the villages we visit. If you choose to join us, you will get to see this in action, interact with locals, and we plant a tree for every guest! This really is the perfect way to escape the city and be at one with nature for a day.
