Really excellent regional Mexican food from Sinaloa. Fabulous drinks, homemade tortillas, and great dishes for sharing. There's often a wait, but if you get there when you have some time before you are too hangry, it's well worth the wait!

Stone’s throw from major bus lines to get to Downtown or to Ballard quickly! 15th Avenue is a major thorough fare through this area of Seattle.
Lyft & Uber are readily available and are probably no more than 5 minutes away from this great central location.

The townhouse has some walkable stores and food locations to take advantage of.
* There is a Whole Foods across the street for groceries, beverages, and even a casual meal (that salad bar is great and the sandwiches are superb!)
* In the same complex there’s a couple of casual fast-food options (including a well-reviewed Chinese restaurant.
* Total Wine- a great location for beverages of all types!
