One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle, the Harvest Vine is owned by a Spanish couple and serves amazing Barcelonian tapas accompanied by the best Spanish wine selection in the city. Limited seating so reservations are recommended.

This is a large beautiful park with many trails that lead out to the ship channel - about 1. 5 miles to the northeast. Beautiful trails, a field for soccer, softball as well as a children's playground - all 50 yards away from the house.

This grocery store is perhaps a mile away on MLK. There you will find great prices, super nice people and an interesting array of foodstuffs - might not be exactly what you are looking for but always an adventure.
