Great comfortable home close to everything and some of the best snorkeling ! The property is unique to Roatan. Just off the main road to a private beach area. This area is part of the Roatan Marine Park preserve. The reef system parallels the white sand beach of Sandy Bay. The calm water is fun to swim and explore the underwater ecological paradise teaming with tropical fish and corals. This is a quiet tranquil area without high end hotels and condos but close to the tourist meccas.

There are two 5 star restaurants directly below us on the beach for your dining convenience

This top floor garden / road facing apartment apartment has a large living room and kitchen plus a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. There is AC throughout. It is just a three minute walk to Half Moon Bay Beach and "town" where you will find restaurants, dive shops, bars, a beach, world class snorkeling, and more. You definitely will not need a car. Electricity is not included in the rate.

Dive shops, Woody's groceries, Sundowners and restaurants are all within walking distance. Newer construction with granite countertops, gas appliances, 32 inch flat screen tv, queen size bed, washer and dryer, full kitchen and a patio are great for a relaxing holiday, scuba diving trip, and a place to call home while visiting.

It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.
