It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

I built this 800 sq ft house 3 years ago as my dream home. I own Boyd & Allister, a custom furniture studio not far from the house. You will find our casita down a peaceful, private lane next to the river. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown plaza. This newly built casita is self contained with a full kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer. Radiant heat keeps you toasty in the winter and ceiling fans provide cool air in the summer. There is a beautiful courtyard between the casita and main house with a rock fountain.
