Die Wohnung befindete sich im Erdgeschoss. Hinter dem Haus stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 15 min vom Flughafen BER entfernt. Ein Shuttleserivice ist nach Absprache möglich.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

The property is located on the 4th floor of an apartment complex in a quiet side street in the center of Cottbus. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom supports a restful sleep. The roof window can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking spaces are available free of charge in the surrounding area.

I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Das Ferienappartement befindet sich in einem 2017 neu erbauten Haus mit separatem Zugang ins 1. OG. Es ist ein kontaktloser Aufenthalt mit check in über Schlüsselbox möglich. Gern begrüßen wir unsere Gäste aber selbst. Die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Personen und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Abweichungen von der eingestellten Mindestaufenthaltsdauer können über eine Anfrage vereinbart werden. Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei.

Wohnung mit Kamin nahe des Spreewalds

Wir freuen uns auf Gäste in der vor kurzem renovierten Wohnung in unserem Zweifamilienhaus. Entspannt bei Kaminfeuer oder nutzt unsere Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (Lübbenau, Spreewaldtherme Burg, Tropical Island). Unser Hof bietet eine direkte Parkmöglichkeit am Haus und Platz zum Spielen für Kinder.
