Faisant partie de la ferme Ponder datant de 1906, nous avons une maison qui offre un environnement paisible donnant sur la ferme familiale avec une vieille grange pittoresque, entourée de champs bordés d'arbres. Profitez de la maison rénovée avec cuisine entièrement équipée, lit queen et porche ouvert pour se détendre dans la campagne tranquille. Nous sommes situés juste au sud de Sherman sur la route 11, près de Austin College, avec un accès facile à l'autoroute 75.
