Peaceful modern home with free parking

A modern peaceful house with a pretty garden and free parking offering to book a stay for up to 3 Guests . Guests will use the entire house minus one locked private Host's bedroom . The Host will not be present in the House. The Guests will stay in a double bedroom upstairs to the right with 1 double bed and 1 single folding bed ( to be used as required ) There an allocated to the house 1 free parking space marked '60' Children under 12 years old are not allowed due to safety hazards .

Room with sea view

A light and bright private room with double bed and shared bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea view where you can seat and enjoy a drink. Barbecue facilities, tea, coffee and cold drinks. There is a fridge for guests' sole use. Smokers welcome outside. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so animal lovers are more than welcome. WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG? PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE BOOKING The house is close to Weston Shore beach and a 5 minute car journey from the city centre. Buses are regular.

Homely ground floor apartment in Southampton

This one bedroom apartment just outside the centre of Southampton is perfect for those needing a base for work or longer stays in mind. Perfect for someone on their own or a couple. Nearby there is an under ground car park (fees apply) and the apartment is waking distance to various take away's, small shops, Lidl etc. There are buses passing taking you into the city centre and the nearest train station is in Woolston itself. This ground floor apartment is very quiet and easily accessible.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
