Το "Iviskos House" βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Απολλωνίας. Πρόκειται για σπίτι επιφάνειας 120 τ.μ. με δική του αυλή περιμετρικά, κήπο και θέα στους κεντρικούς οικισμούς της Σίφνου. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 5' από το κέντρο της Απολλωνίας ενώ πλησίον του σπιτιού υπάρχει δημόσιος και δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης, η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει 30μ. ενώ στην ίδια απόσταση υπάρχουν και δύο σούπερ μάρκετ. Το "Iviskos House" αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάνιο και σαλόνι

Το διαμέρισμα "Φλω- Σπυ" Είναι ένα από τα τρία διαμερίσματα της "Πλώρης" Πάνω στην θάλασσα σαν να ταξιδεύετε στην πλώρη ενός καραβιού απολαμβανοντας τη χαλάρωση των αισθήσεων σας!!! Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα άνετο ευρύχωρο χώρο με σαλόνι και πλήρης κουζίνα. Έχει τη δυνατότητα να φιλοξενήσει ακόμα και επτά επιβάτες. The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.
