Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Welcome to our beautiful likeside villa just by Drevviken in the suburb of Stockholm. The villa is 67 square meters and has a large terass surrounding most of the villa. Huset som ligger bara 15 minuter från centrala Stockholm och 5 min från Täby C har tre sovrum, två badrum, TV-rum, stor kök/allrum, matrum samt två dedikerade arbetsplatser. Direktaccess från kök och vardagsrum till inglasad uterum och terrass med en stor härlig bubbelpool för 6 personer. Huset är perfekt för par och familjer. Modern massagestol, hemmagym, fiber bredband 500/500 samt laddstation till bilen.

Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Bed sheets, towels and essentials included in the price! Villa in a nice area 3,5 km to the lake Mälaren and a 20 minutes drive to the City center of Stockholm. From Jakobsberg Station (a 8-10 minutes walk from our house) you'll reach the Central Station in 20 minutes by taking the Suburban Train. We have a huge garden well suited for playing kids and recreation. Near by shop open 9am to 9pm 7+ rooms
