Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

A modern bungalow with an galley style kitchen 2 Queen sized beds/Full Kitchen with dining room/Living room with TV. Close to D-Town Indianapolis, IUPUI campus the Airport, Lucus Oil Stadium, Major Hospitals. We do charge a pet fee to host for guest with pets of $15 per pet per night. The pet hosting fees will com via Airbnb as a request. We ask that pets be kept off of the furnishings and off of the beds! My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

Musician’s Manor - Downtown, Speedway

Welcome to Musician’s Manor, where you will feel at home with lofted ceilings and a spacious living room. You can relax with a 77” 4k Sony TV and 5.1 Bose surround sound in the living room. The living room is equipped with arcade cabinets and gaming consoles for large or small party entertainment. The main level includes the master bedroom and bathroom, for easy access (handicap accessible). The second level includes two bedrooms and a full music studio, available upon request.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk to Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as local stores, Main Street restaurants, breweries, and bars. 15 minute ride share or drive to downtown Indy including Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, The Indiana Convention Center, and the Indianapolis Col. Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
