It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

The barn once housed cows but now is a comfortable and well equipped cottage which is accessible for disabled guests. Traine Farm is located on the edge of the village with Wembury Beach in walking distance following footpaths through the farm which link up with the South West Coast Path. Facilities include a laundry room, play area and indoor games room.
