Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. Beautiful country setting yet less than 10 miles from Manchester City centre, suitable for self-isolation. This unique space is set within a 200 year old weavers cottage but with all the modern conveniences of a newly completed studio apartment with all mod cons. The apartment is open plan on first floor with a double bed, and double bed settee and en-suite shower and laundry room. The second floor comprises twin beds addition with en-suite bath. Hight restriction to 2nd floor slopping ceiling.

Dog Friendly Unique barn conversion in Saddleworth

The Barn originally part of Shiloh Farm dates back to the 17th century and has been recently converted from stables keeping the old charm and character of the building. As well as one large bedroom with a fitted bath, an open plan kitchen diner, there is a comfortable lounge with a large sofa. There is a small terrace outside the barn which is the perfect place to have a drink in the evening sun. We also have a 100m2 garden which is securely fenced, with a patio set to enjoy the summer sun.

The Roof Nest

The roof nest is a luxurious living space in part of a much loved family home that has been recently remodelled to create several unique living spaces for our family and guests who come to stay. It sits in peaceful surroundings with stunning views overlooking the natural beauty of the nearby Peak National Park whilst being on the doorstep to local amenities. It is a five minute drive to Mossley train station, Greenfield or Uppermill Village where you can find shops, cafes, and restaurant's.

Lovely little two-bed terrace situated in Lees. 30 minutes' drive from Manchester city centre, but even better, just 15 minutes to picturesque Greenfield, Uppermill, Saddleworth and beyond. My house is perfect for a city-based commuter or weekend stays for a couple or small family who want a launchpad for nearby walks in the spectacular scenery of Saddleworth. The local area, Lees, is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous trails and paths in the immediate area if you want a stroll.

The Barn flat is nestled in the hills of the Saddleworth area. A short walk from Strinesdale Reservoir and Bishop’s Park; ideal for walkers - bikes are available to use free of charge for active couples! Includes a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar and bathroom. Free parking is available on the property. There is also an outdoor sitting area to relax and take in the hillside scenery on good weather days. We are situated next to The Roebuck Inn. A light breakfast is provided.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character

We would like to welcome you to Calf Hey Cottage. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw, along side three other Cottages. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.

Stoneswood Cottage, Delph, Saddleworth

With far reaching views over the hills and valleys of this special corner of the Peak District, Stoneswood Cottage combines a modernised interior (fully refurbished in 2023) with the charming character of a typical 19th century Yorkshire home. The Garden boasts a beautiful outdoor dining and BBQing area. The Stables Wedding Farm is only 150 yards down the road.
