Nearby are the Museumsquartier, Hofburg, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Natural History Museum, the Ringstrasse with its historical buildings, Viennese coffee houses, bars and a multitude of shops. I live and work in the same house. So if you have any questions, I am very close! The apartment is in the 7th District, Vienna’s popular design and fashion neighborhood. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Das helle, großzügige Apartment im 7. Stockwerk, bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 5 Gäste. Die gesamte Wohnung. Beim Checkin gebe ich gerne Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Wien. Während des Aufenthalts bin ich jederzeit erreichbar. Willkommen im historischen Kern von Wien! Stephansdom und Staatsoper liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe: der Donaukanal mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und einer Schiffsstation für Ausflüge nach Bratislava. Im Appartement liegt eine Infomappe bereit, in der Sie alle wichtigen Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und weiteres finden. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt. Unser Apartement liegt im ältesten und schönsten Teil der Stadt. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Self Checkin, Garagenplatz direkt im Haus kann für €15.- pro Tag angemietet werden, Aufzug von Garage macht Ankommen /Abreisen einfach. U-Bahn Station Alte Donau (U1)gleich bei Brücke, 9 Minuten in die Innenstadt, Schwimmgelegenheit direkt vorm Haus. Gemütliche und stilvolle Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe

Die Wohnung beeindruckt mit ihrer hellen & einladenden Atmosphäre, nur 15 Min. zu Fuß oder 10 Min. mit dem Bus vom Zentrum entfernt. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet im geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Bett und Schreibtisch eine angenehme Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Über ein paar Stufen gelangt man zur großzügigen Wohnküche mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche & zum Badezimmer mit praktischem Waschtrockner. In Gehweite befinden sich gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. In unserem Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage bieten wir zur Vermietung unsere Dachgeschosswohnung. Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
