The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. This private ground floor apartment has been lovingly restored from what was the local Post Office for over 100 years. The olde worlde theme is complemented by luxury finishes such as a bespoke kitchen, new ensuite facility and a warm, snug fireplace.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
