Stoneybatter & Smithfield are your local areas to eat and drink. The local convenience shop is a 10 minute walk as well as Ryans Victorian Bar&Restaurant. Public transport is on your doorstep as well as the Hop-on Hop-off bus tours. Guinness Storehouse, IMMA, Jameson Distillery, Kilmainham Gaol and Heuston Train Station are all walkable from the house.

Easy walk to the River Liffey, Phoenix Park & Temple Bar.

Charming Stoneybatter cottage

Named the coolest place in Ireland by TimeOut, Stoneybatter has many great cafés, restaurants, pubs & shops, & is just a 20min walk from the city centre. This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.

Seven minute walk to Croke Park, 2 minute walk to Drumcondra station. Newly renovated in 2019. Double bed with Royal Coil mattress. Personal safe in room. Smart Locks enable entry with code. USB connectors in sockets. Smart TV with Netflix. Nespresso Machine. Owner lives in another part of the building

Plus all the Locke perks, including air-conditioning, a super-strong rainfall shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, private Wi-Fi and a Smart HDTV for streaming.

Guinness Storehouse can be reached within 7 min walk and Phoenix Park 10min, also Tram & Train is only 1 min away from it. Very bright with brand new furniture and appliances. One of the coolest neighborhoods with trendy coffee shops and restaurants . All you need to enjoy your visit as much as you can!

ThornCastle 1 - Tiny double studio

Tiny double ground floor studio with your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, in a warm, spacious modern house just next to Grand Canal Dock business district, 4 min walk to 3Arena and 10 min walk to Aviva stadium. Room is small, but comfortable and has everything someone visiting for a few days would need. Super-easy to get to and from the airport, close to city center and just next to many public transport lines.

City Studio with double bed and underfloor heating

Our newly fitted studio is located on the north circular road in Dublin 7, right beside Phoenix park and Huston station. The coolest neighborhood in Dublin Stoneybatter is within 2 mins walk, where there are choices of bars and restaurants. City centre is within 30 mins by foot, and there are bus stops right out side of the studio. Luas stops is within 10 mins walk.

My charming and stylish house has just been redecorated with much love. A gorgeous space to relax in a hip area, full of character. In Stoneybatter and located close to Smithfield, everything is at your fingers tips. Great restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinema and atmosphere. Close to beautiful Phoenix Park too.
