The apartment itself is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom utilities, bedroom utilities, and a pull out couch.

Go to YouTube and search “The Pineapple Palace on Hutchinson Island”. STRICT no pets or children 12 and under! We cannot accommodate boats and trailers. Relaxing, peaceful, & sunny! A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Nettles Island Beach House on the River

Wide River View House in Nettles Island. Charming old Florida area. Incredible view of the River facing South. In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.
