Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the Amager Beach (no. 54 on the wolds best beaches I 2024, see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street for 3 days (need apply).

En personlig indrettet udlejningsbolig på 2. salen af en patriciervilla, som bebos af en sød og imødekommende familie. Opgangen deler vi. Lejligheden er nyrenoveret med bl.a. et lækkert køkken, hvor man kan lave mad til hele familien. Lyset og udsigten er skøn! Gratis Wi-Fi og mulighed for gratis parkering lige ved huset. Hyggelig og nyrenoveret lejlighed på 50 m² i det rolige og familievenlige kvarter Sundbyvester, tæt på busterminal. Lejligheden er inspireret af klassisk dansk design og har en god rumfordeling med et lyst soveværelse, der rummer en 160 cm seng og en stor garderobe. Stuen er i åben forbindelse med køkkenet, hvilket skaber en indbydende og social atmosfære, og badeværelset er moderne og funktionelt. Lejligheden er fuldt møbleret og udstyret med både opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og gratis wifi.

Cozy apartment with kitchen and small bathroom located close to metro, city center, shopping mall, supermarked and the beach (Amager Strand). Only 15 minutes by bus to city center and 30 minutes from airport by metro and walk. Wi-Fi is included I will make sure there is towels, linens, toiletpapir, handsoap etc. Please keep in mind that this is my private apartment, so be respectful.
