You can enjoy fishing & kayaking in a calm cove on the 34MM while taking in spectacular main channel views from the spacious private dock with a slip available for your boat. Start your day with breathtaking sunrises while sipping coffee on the deck & wind down around the firepit at night while fireflies dance around you. Great location in a friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants & more!!

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.
