The Understory: Private Retreat with Outdoor Tub

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. Inside consists of 350 square feet of comfortable living space including a rain shower, king sized bed, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is another 500 square feet of living space with a deck, outdoor soaking bathtub, and patio with a fire pit and propane grill.

The RhodoDen

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. The outdoor amenities include a large deck offering lounge chairs and gas grill. There is even a creek with a fire pit!
