Situated in a building dating back to the 1650s, the apartment features high ceilings, beautiful stucco details, and, due to the historic construction, somewhat thin walls. Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15-20 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. You will love the place for its luxurious hotel-feeling and location. It is a great place for couples and business. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.

Studio, parking, close to city and nature

One apartment with private entrance and private parking, part of a villa in the suburb of Stockholm. You have nature just outside the house. The house is in a calm and safe area. There is one Queensize bed for 2 and one sofa bed for 2. You can either walk 15-20 minuts to the train station Jakobsberg or take the bus to the station. With the train it takes 20 minutes to central Stockholm.
