Nous sommes une famille berlinoise et louons avec succès une partie de notre appartement depuis neuf ans. Sur 38 m², nous créons de la place pour trois adultes ou une famille. Le logement comprend une chambre à coucher, un salon-cuisine avec un canapé-lit ainsi qu'une salle de bain. Chaque chambre a sa propre porte afin de vous offrir intimité et confort. Que ce soit pour une courte visite ou un séjour plus long, nos locaux sont le refuge parfait pour s'éloigner de l'agitation de la grande ville

Attention: this is not a sterile Airbnb apartment. I am renting out my home when I'm traveling. Please handle the space with the same care as you would do to your own home. The studio apartment is located in a quiet side street of Neukölln, within few minutes walking distance from the metro Hermannstr (U8 and Ring train). The infamous Tempelhof airfield, as well as bars, cafes and restaurants are closeby. It is located on the 4th floor and is light-flooded with windows facing north and south.

Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und einen Teppich gekauft!
